In front of this new school building in Osnabrück, two large benches with WALK-ON skylights provide daylight for the sports hall below.
To demonstrate the dimensions: the first bench, which has three glass modules, is around 8.5 metres long in total and a metre wide at its widest point, while the second bench, which has two modules, is still 5.7 metres long.
The special thing about it: the walk-on glazing isn’t rectangular, as usual, but was created in a free form based on the customer’s specifications.
The sturdy “Pixelflooring” anti-slip coating, with a high static friction coefficient (R12), ensures a secure grip even when wet.
